Baptism

“Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit” (Matthew 28:19)

The Sacrament of Baptism is the basis of the entire Christian life. It is the first of the seven Sacraments Jesus instituted as a means of our receiving divine grace. By means of baptism, a person is freed completely from their sins, becomes permanently united with Christ and His Church and can receive the other Sacraments to grow ever stronger in their understanding and practice of the Catholic Faith. What a blessing it is for you to share your faith with your child.

In preparation of receiving the Sacrament of Baptism, please fill out the form below or contact  Fr. Chris or Deacon Mike at (419) 465-4142. They will help you fill out the necessary paperwork as well as answer questions you may have.
